The Realms between Us

“Everyone of this world

Are linked either by the Sky

Or of the Earth

The Sky wears the ocean as its curtain

Surreal and endless

Those of Earth can see it from below

But can never touch the ceiling of possibilities

That soar far beyond out of their reach

The people sway themselves into believing

That the Sky’s true beauty rest only on the surface

The magnificence of Earth

Is often obscured to those of the Sky

Who forget to sweep their eyes below and admire

The ages of Earth’s deep wealth

They reside far removed into the heavens

Much too distant to uncover the true beauty that lies underground

Far above

They are not in need of anything

But suffer to feel desire

Down below

The curse of desire

Have filled their barren hearts with constant need

If only they could meet

If only they could speak

Together they could weep

It was never meant to be

It is impossible for those of the Sky

And those of the Earth

To ever embrace”
